so nice to have you back - you have a real and natural personality - no artifice or forced emotions/happiness compared to other lifestyle influencers - always loved your videos, always will. What you are talking about in terms of rewards links back to being grateful I don't have time for pages of journalling but 3 bullet points on paper or in my head at the end of the day to notice what am grateful for also feeds my mind with goodness xx

Hi Alix! First of all, I love and enjoy your videos very much. I'm always excited when I discover a new video on your channel and I am so glad that you seem to be happier and are taking care of yourself. That being said, I wonder why you keep making videos if it puts you under an enormous amount of stress. Don't get me wrong - your videos are fantastic and brighten many people's days (including mine!). But as you have already discovered, mental health is one of the most important things in life. Have you ever considered exploring another field of work that might be less stressful? Best wishes and happy holidays! :-)
