As a manager for a health center I always feel guilty for taking PTO…my staff don’t! I need to work on my self care!! Because I’m always doing the most and my health and my kids are suffering because of it! Smh I’m going to do better!!

Mount Royal is and was a good school. They're were Whitelock, Linden and Callow dudes when I attended. You would have never thought young boys/men wearing canary & gray were troublesome.
