The thing that has worked best for me with regards to building exercise into my daily life is to set it up as something I do 5 times a week without alotting a day or a time to it. If I am feeling up to it whether it be a weekday or a weekend, I will try and get movement in and what that movement is looks different everyday. It really helps me not feel guilty on weekdays where I feel tired because I know I can take it easy or possibly make it up on the weekend
Ines is so cute. Also, I too started using vinegar as a switch out for fabric softener but then I read that it wears down your machine over time. Now I just use nothing ugh! So annoying.
