Lovely vlog, short and sweet! 🥰 My nails are the same, I figured they just want to be left alone because as soon as I get them done, even if its just gel on my natural nails, they break and crack. So Im also looking forward to seeing what the girlies will recommend. Would love to see a 'what I eat in a day/week' if possible. 🙏🏾
Seeing this while am having an appointment with my nail technician but doubting cause I always regret because they break, guess am only doing the pedicure 😢
@@sibongilemngomezulu3454 girl! If you already know that they're prone to breaking, then rather not get them done!! The amount of nail strengthening products and supplements I've been taking from just doing my nails twice this year! They were paper thin and sore at one point, I could literally see the skin under my nails. Never again....

Sba for your nails to remain healthy you need to let them breath honey its not good to always be having then done just let them breath you will see they will recover by themselves😁 but you can obviously speed up the process with vitamins but my nails got healthier the moment i took a break from abusing them😁
This is true. There’s a nail tech I went to earlier on in the year for a soak off, and when I told her that I’d be taking a break for a few weeks before my next set because my nails had become so brittle, she said to me that I need to keep in mind that even after that break when I decide to get my next set my nails are gonna go back to being brittle. She said we need to keep in mind that when they’re filing our nails, they’re filing off a bit of the top layer, so every time you go get your nails done you lose more and more. It inevitable that nails will be weaker, and the only way to stop that is to take a prolonged break (I.e. months, not weeks 😅) and rather do your own nails at home. I’m 8 months in on my break and my natural nails are thriving 😅
@@d.modtwenty3 so true i like that she was honest , what i do is i always give my nails a 3 months or even 4 to recover before i do them again in that way they always look healthy.. the chemicals and the filing used to make our nails beautiful are just too hush plus apparently another thing doing your nails all the time puts you at risk of having cancer unfortunately because of the UV light 🥺
