I am not even going to say much to address why people ship any members , other than that this song has nothing to do with Taehyung and jimin being romantically involved. They're not. I don't see what the isssue is here that jimin and taehyung made a song together. It was asked why Taehyung made a song together with Jimin. Why not? Other members have made subunit songs as well. Why are we harping on taehyung specifically? I don't see how it's unfair at all . Didn't Suga and namjoon collaborate on respect ? Didn't jin, jhope and Jungkook collaborate on jamais vu ? So what's the problem Is the problem because this is a song about there friendship ? So you are saying that they all should just make friendship songs about each other or else none of them should ? I don't see how that makes much sense . In addition it's okay for some members to be closer to each other than they are to others. You can have a closer bonds to certain friends in your life . It doesn't mean that they don't love the other members as well . It just means there bond is closer .

It's the act of ✨wanting✨ two people to be a pair. Shipping people doesn't mean that they are ACTUALLY together. Technically you can ship anyone with, well, anyone.
