I need a video tutorial on taking an audio from a mixer and syncing it. Assuming u are streaming an event and the the DJ or Live band has already set their system. How do i take the audio from their system to my livestream and syncing it well?

Hi, I want to know how to get the audio from the vix go. because in the front it brings two grids that simulate being the team's speakers ... but I can not see how to make it sound. What are those two speakers from the front in the bottom on the sides ..?
I use vMix to record songs via a usb microphone which is plugged directly into my computer putting a karaoke video in also as an input and my webcam. I am finding that when the karaoke video has backing vocals although I am singing in time with the backing vocals, my recording ends up all out of sync with the backing vocals. How do I fix this, do I add a delay to my microphone or a delay to the backing track, will this help at all??? Or should I try to use an audio interface instead of plugging my mic straight into the computer? I haven't ever used an audio interface before, all new to me!

Can someone please help me understand how to hear myself when I have guest on my live stream without feedback? I am using a cam-link with a Blackmagic 4k pro but I can't see the best way to put get the audio in and out .
Is it a problem, when the USB Audio Interface gets unplugged during the production? Does it work without restarting vmix? Because we have the problem with USB controllers.
This video and is several years old, unfortunately there aren't many details, especially in reference to various license type & limitation of vmix. Even the settings in the program itself aren't clear as when they take effect, ie if change anything and hit the X to close to window, or click OK etc, I can't see visually they've been applied, particularly when I need to know during Live sessions. I can keep increased the Gain when automatic Gain control has been checked, so who know what if any effect that has. I've had situations where the audio I heard through the headphone was clear, but later when I listened to the recorded program it was terrible, had many distortions and other issues.
Great video, thank you. But I still have a question. Can I create two separate audio inputs with the Behringer Xenyx Q802USB? I select the ASIO4ALL audio device and in the audio channels section it always says not connected 1 + not connected 2. What am I doing wrong? I have 2 Sennheiser radio links connected to the mixer. Is it possible to sync an analog audio from an amplifier to a Creative Lab Sound Blaster"Z" installed into a PC along a four (4) channel HDMI Input Video Capture card in a "LIVE" video production "WHERE" four (4) Camcorders are also connected to the capture card but with the embedded video is disabled on the Capture card so that live audio can be connected from an amplifier directly to the creative Lab Sound Card. Any help with this "AUDIO SYNC" procedure live event video switching with audio channel is separated from the video.

Question: I'm using a Tascam D70 as a mixer. I'm taking the Line Out of that to the Line IN of my vMix PC. Is this acceptable? It's working and my videos sound good, but just wondering about your thoughts on using that method as it wasn't mentioned in this video.
Yeah, if it's working well then that's good. Typically these devices are used for feeding audio into a DSLR to record to the device's memory card as opposed to a dedicated audio interface. We didn't mention these types of products as they can't bring in multiple channels of audio and you can have issues with balanced/unbalanced audio.
Hi, you could disable the embedded audio from the camera when adding it. Just set the Audio Device to None. Or you could just turn off the audio for your input and make sure that the Automatically Mix Audio option is off, in the input settings.

There are different audio interfaces that offer XLR in and XLR out or other connectors that you could possibly convert to XLR. Have a look around at some different equipment and check the output capabilities. I think Behringer and Focusrite make some.
Can anyone help me with an audio problem on remix it says audio is off-line it’ll be fine one minute and then the next minute goes off-line. Any ideas?
I can't get vst 3 to work at all followed the tutorial sofar but no vat file to be seen , made one named vst put some vst in but could not find it thru audio panel?

You can remove the embedded audio source on a camera when adding it by selecting None from the Audio Device dropdown. If it's a different question, could you sent through an email to our Support Team and they'll take a look- www.vmix.com/contact-us.aspx
