Troubleshooting:
1. Problem: Machine does not work Cause: A. Plug not connected properly. B. Low voltage. C. Standby mode for too long. Troubleshoot: A. Check the connection is proper. B. Check supply voltage. C. Re-start machine.
2. Problem: Red indicator light flashing. Cause: A. Finished Album / Document is not taken out within 4 minutes. Troubleshoot: A. Take out the finished album/document and then re-heating starts.
How to Bind Photo Albums:
Switch on the power to the machine . The red indicator will light up , indicating the pre-heating has been activated (as pic 1).
Pre-heating is completed in 3 minutes when the green indicator lights up with buzzing sound.
Place the photo prints neatly together in the inner cover (as pic 2).
Insert this fully into the heating slot of the machine (as pic 3 & 4 ). The yellow indicator will light up with the buzzing sound.
Take out the set when the green indicator will light up with a buzzing sound.
Check that the prints are properly bound together (as pic 5).
Place the album in the cooling rack for 3-5 minutes till it is sufficiently cooled (as pic 6).
The binding is now completed.
Please note:
The binding process takes 90 seconds which is suitable for albums upto 22 mm thick.
How to combine the album cover / Album cover size:
Combine the Album Cover:
Tear of the covers from the face and the back side at the die cut lines (as pic 7).
Open the inner cover and then neatly put the printed photo paper into the cover spine (as pic 8).
Tear off the adhesive tape on both sides of the inner cover (as pic 9).
Fold the album cover, and then press to make the inner cover stick to the album cover (same way for both face and back )(as pic 10).

How to Bind Documents:
Switch on the power to the machine. The red indicator will light up, indicating the pre-heating has been activated ( as pic 1).
Pre-heating is completed in 3 minutes when the green indicator lights up with buzzing sound.
Place the required documents neatly together in the document cover (as pic 2).
Insert this fully into the heating slot of the machine (as pic 3). The yellow indicator will light up with a buzzing sound.
After 90 seconds, the green indicator will light up again with a buzzing sound when the binding action is done.
Take out the documents with the cover from the heating slot and check the sheets are aligned properly (as pic 4).
Press the cover spine firmly ensuring the documents are glued together well (as pic 5).
Place the document with the cover in the cooling rack for 3-5 minutes till it is sufficiently cooled (as pic 6).
The binding is now completed.
Safety Tips:
1. Please Check that input power matches with the power outlet. 2. Switch off the power when not in use or the machine is to be moved. 3. Do not use the machine if the power cord or plug is damaged. 4. Do not use the machine in case of electrical overloading to avoid fire hazard or electrical shock. 5. Avoid touching the heating element . 6. The machine is intended for indoor use. 7. Keep away from moist conditions. 8. Keep away from children.
Built in safety measures:
1. The red light will continuously flash if the documents/album are not taken out in 4 minutes after binding. 2. After taking out the bound document/album , the machine will go back to start mode.The next cycle of binding can take place only after 3 minutes of pre-heating. 3. If the machine is in standby mode for more than 30 minutes , the red light will keep flashing along with an audible sound.In such cases , the machine should be re-started for binding.
