Just have been thinking about these two words!

Both words are false cognates for speakers whose first languge is Portuguese. And probably, another word, (psychic) would add to the confusion, I heard some people in Brazil using the word "sensitiva"! Lets leave it at that!

Sensitive.Example. "It is sensitive element.We need full discretion" (A mind to murder(1995)) From movie.

Sensible... Ощутимый Очень сильный(...запах...) Практичный (...одежда...) Разумный

Hi, I have a question for anyone. We had similar task in our test. We had to choose the right word that fits into the sentence. Emily's very _______. She understands how other people feel. And the options were sensible or sensitive. I would say that none of those words actually fit. I would probably use empathetic but we had to choose between those two. Which one would you choose?
