I feel like Jungkook is the king of adlibs. He added amazing ones in Euphoria, and In another one of their songs called Jamais Vu, Jin recorded many adlibs but Jungkook was the one who decided which ones to use kekeke. Hes really good at making adlibs ^-^

For me the best vocals in this songs were Jin, Jimin and Jhope. They stood out the most to me. Jin kills it in ever Japanese single, so smooth. Jimin's high notes and adlibs at the end were spectacular. His voice tone is so good in this song. I am surprised Justin didn't pick up on that too much in this reaction. J-hope is just so versatile; his rhythmic/ melodic rap always gets me. Props to V also, His voice has a specific standout quality. Everyone else is good but my standout were them. I am always amazed how they can fit 7 people in one song and do it well consistently. they are too good, i will always end up asking for more. lol. Another versatile track added to their 200+ song discography and they continue to be my favorite artist. Looking forward to their MV drop tomorrow!

Actually Vmin also did a lot of adlibs, as well as Jin. These lyric videos have a ton of mistakes because they rush it out, Lemoring usually has more accurate ones in my experiance. Sone highnotes that u heard were Jimins, Vs and Jins.

bts' japanese songs are always very VERY filled with gorgeous high notes (esp from Jin). and all of them are very different and with a very high production (the background vocals!!!!) also i am glad that you are more true with what you like and dislike!

I totally agreed with you that Jungkook has mastered those techniques such as control, agility, transition, and many more. And it shows to even not experts like me. As usual, Jungkook is only one who is credited as a background vocal. So he did those beautiful background "ooohs". I’m not sure what it is about BTS that every single song of them makes me feel so emotional in every way possible. The first time I listened to this song, as any other song of them, it clicked right away. The song was so full of hope and positivity but also embracing the bad times while looking ahead for the better future together with the people who you care about. I’m no expert but with a careful listen, the production on this was very well done, as you said it pulls people in, keeps listeners engaged in the story in the theme that it conveys and has the power to make people feel the same energy, the same feelings that BTS feel. Stay Gold is such a fitting song for this time, and we all need that escape from all the chaos right now.
