Great to see you back to Aurora and can't believe you have denied yourself this glorious magical creature. Your reactions are always so informative and heartfelt. She has so many jaw-dropping performances to choose from it boggles the mind. A lot of her Vevo Live performances are absolutely stunning---Through the Eyes of a Child is a MUST and more recent Heathens or Potion for Love. Looking forward to whatever you choose....
Haha - you did the meow session. (Just what we've dubbed it). Of course, that was their voice warm-up. This is a soft version. It can get wild on stage, especially when she is bouncing up and down with a rainbow flag someone in the audience gave her, and the audience is enthusiastically singing along.
Oh yes! Great to hear a pro's take on Aurora... and I think you are right... it is on instinkt! And she does SO different versions of her songs.... Like "warrior" can be so powerful in like her Paris concert, and so stripped back in the Haik version. Haik she did it for 2 fans and the tv program host. The band was not her normal band. She did not even know she was going to preform it.... they got like 30 minutes to rehearse while the fans got picked up at the train station! Yes yes. Warrior from Haik is one of her strongest vocal performances. But that can apply to most everything she does. This would be a great choice for sure.
Nice reaction 🤗 She has many versions of many of her songs, and everyone is great 😍 It’s quite amazing that she’s self taught when it comes to singing 😍 She has some really beautiful performances, here’s a few: “Through the eyes of a child” live from Nidarosdomen (cathedral in Norway) “The Seed” live at the HAIK concert A cry for Mother Earth “Warrior” live at HAIK This is an emotional performance where she get a surprise. The surprise is to sing Warrior for two fans, it’s a surprise for her fans as well. Warrior is her fans, Warrior and Weirdos, anthem.💕 It’s not her regular band, so they rehearsed for an hour before performing. Aurora said it was hard not to cry in the end 😍
She embodies not just the music but the lyrics and the moment. And she transmits it through such a pure and direct channel that we have no option but to feel it… for those who can surrender.

@@radiggie Yes definetly. But I can understand her. Silja was a solo artist before she started playing with Aurora. And playing with Aurora, she's always gonna be in her shadow in a matter of speaking.

Absolutely awesome, Aurora is such an incredible artist, unique and adorable, yup she's awesome. How about doing some Scottish music, like Biffy Clyro or Chvrches, maybe a homage to the absolutely gorgeous Shirley Manson and her band Garbage?? Isn't Aurora insanely cute?
I suggest listening to the mahogany session, Little boy on the grass song from aurora. Beautiful and heartbreaking. It's on a boat and her emotion shines through.

Hi Sam, great to see you're back reacting to AURORA. She has released a load of new songs (and contributed to many songs) since the last time you reacted to her. However it is unfortunate that the female backing vocalist (Silja) and male backing vocalist (Freddy) both have decided to leave AURORA's band for various reasons.

To be honest I came here to watch your Dirty Loops reactions. And,, I couldn't find them!? Aurora is always a treat but today was a Dirty Loops day for me. Could you perhaps do a couple of reactions on their stuff. "World on Fire" , "Next to You", or why not DL& Cory Wong "Follow the Light" That would have a connection to Aurora in a way too.
