I saw them live in London last Saturday, and Michael Stars' voice was incredible. I'm not sure what other song they're going to play without some serious rewriting 😂.
i actually met them with my dad here in st pete when they performed. i had VIP passes and got their guitar pics, i have pictures up on my instagram with them when lexii was in the group before he left giving me a kiss on the cheek. they’re very nice and humble.
Saw them last night in ottawa they are great live . As for monitors they all use in ear monitoring satchel also uses amp modelers live so no amp on stage I’m still surprised they were able to tone down their act so much for America’s got talent way to go guys theyre the best
Steel Panther makes raunchy seem prude, but despite their effectively parodying hair metal, these guys really are accomplished musicians and the lead singer is legit. If you swapped out the lyrics to most of their songs with more metal/rock type lyrics these guys would be popular as all hell.
Glasgow O2 Academy, not a loud venue granted but is SOOOOOO Fucking loud, front row you could hear him sing behind the PA. His voice is immensely loud.
I’m still not sure how this happened. Their live gigs are mental - these guys really know how to work a crowd but the content won’t appeal to everyone. My late wife and I loved this particular song.
So first off, I’m an AGT fan watch them when I can and catch up on RU-vid and there social media platforms. Simon Cowel had an apparent vocal injury. He couldn’t speak for most of the auditions. I was caught off guard too with the anything emphasis at the end. All auditions are taped until they go to the live shows. Never heard of Steel Panther until AGT! I absolutely love them! Been researching there music and there videos! Lots of great songs and don’t mind them explicit! Death to all but metal is a great song they sang during the quarterfinals. However I’m still pissed off they didn’t make it to the finals. They are a great band and will be following them! Would like to hear your take on True Villians, a similar band. Played two different types of songs for audition and live quarterfinals
1987 is their new song about that year in music, worth checking out! One of "cleaner" ones too. Although I really recommend checking out their dirtier songs, like "Gloryhole", "Shocker", or "Party all day" as well ;) And definitely live versions ;)

Concerning monitoring: Long hair is perfect for hiding wireless IEM's (In Ear Monitor). All live bands use them nowadays. Almost nooen uses oldschool down stage monitor speakers any more.
I saw Steel Panther a few years back with Motley Crue backing Def Leppard. To be honest, although I love DL, they were blown off the stage by both of their support bands that night. Fun band who don't take themselves too seriously but do take their music seriously. 🤘
I remember seeing them on music choice when they first came out with the fat girl video, I've been a fan since. Got to see them live, best show I've been too. They are so freaking talented
No, it's not "live", of course not, but who cares in this case, what's important is that I heard some metal again in the AGT scene because lately those scenes have gone down to pop/trash (not to be confused with Thrash) well. 🤘🤘
His voice, drumming everything seems live. Only thing is I'm hearing dual guitar tracks and backup guitar during guitar solo. Not sure if it was added later on.
Definitely not live e.g. 4:30 Michael changes distance from mic, but sounds exactly the same. And that's a shame cause they're awesome live, better than the studio version.

Why agt? Steel panther? Too good for agt..... that platform is not for someone like steel panther who is too high lvl in the competition. So sad steel panther rather stoop down too low and for what?
