yes sungjae appearing in king of mask singer actually helped btob to be recognized more in korea. he reached the 3rd round. that's another reason why sungjae also started a yt channel according to him. it's just because he's so talented that people forgot he's an excellent singer as well. i might also suggest to try watching the drama sungjae was in 'goblin' over on your patreon. i promise you his performance on that drama was immaculate.

Thank you for this wonderful reaction. Yes, Sungjae has a very beautiful voice..deep baritone that has this emotional quality and he can go high and powerful at the same time. He sings so well but most people are not aware of it coz he's more popular as an actor and they know him from variety shows and kdramas. So when they see or hear him sing..they get surprised at how good he sounds. And so lately, he made his own YT channel and started doing covers and will be doing lots of things soon..to show the people this other side of him. It's high time they recognize him as a good singer, entertainer and artist as well. The songs you liked are MY LADY (with the whole group), then WHEN IT RAINS (BTOB BLUE/vocal unit only where he did that high dolphin sound) and COME WITH THE WIND (His own song). He is also a very good actor as you have seen in Goblin. But you definitely should check out his other kdramas where he played the lead role and earned awards as well.
