She’s amazing! I December I came across a short tick tok vid of her. The title was when Your fan is in the band. I was blown away by her voice. I can’t believe I missed it when she was on AGT! Her control is incredible!

She is truly an amazing vocalist and I love her interpretations of the songs that she sings. Yes Chris, it is not always the high notes that leave your mouth open, but the magic of a voice that hits you right in the heart. We are probably listening to the greatest singer here who will bring forth this century, because there is nobody like Angelina who lets you feel her voice, emotions and words with a few words and brings tears to your eyes. It is as if heaven opened its gates and all the angels found themselves in Angelina. Angelina touches so many people in the soul, thousands and thousands listen to her voice every day and I know that this is almost impossible without tears in your eyes. Aretha Franklin, Elvis Presley, Etta James, Freddie Mercury, Whitney Houston and many more are all incredible legends, Angelina Jordan is already following them a living legend that will go their own way and is already following in the footsteps of the really big ones and that is no longer a secret.
You said this Angelina video was your favorite reaction and you have seen lots of others. I have seen all of the reactions to Angelina, and this one ranks right up there at the top for me. One of the things you said that I love... Headphones! Yes! I try to stress this point to anyone I see reacting/listening to Angelina. It makes me sad when I see people trying to listen to her with laptop speakers or (heaven forbid) a phone speaker. There's so much texture and detail in that voice. Listening to Angelina with cheap speakers is like listening to pink floyd in mono... it's just.... NO! So glad you are checking out more Angelina. One thing I like about Angelina is that when she sings, it is not staged. Everything is raw and we get the best out of her voice. She wants to sing to the world and show her pure talent in singing. She has got this innate talent that she is generously sharing with her audience.

Lana is a full Satanist. Angelina is still innocent. Angelina is so mesmerizing and loved so much that she may be a household name without selling out to the evil entertainment world. I work with many talented artists and all of them need forms of autotune and colorization to produce their songs. Angelina is raw and beautiful the way everyone should be. I too would recommend the version mentioned by johnnybgbg. Even though the audio file from _Kongsbergs Jazz Festival_ is recorded at the mixer table hand has better audio quality than the "fan-cam" recording from the outdoor release concert of the album _It's Magic,_ it still adds an extra little something to be able to see the artist on stage. I think Angelinas performance is equally outstanding at both concerts, and they both have their place to fill in the music library.
Please ! Wear headphones when listening to Angelina. She is by far my favorite artist. Hey, I'm 78 years of age, I have been listening to music since 1950. All of the great artists, pop, jazz, blues, you name it, I have heard them all. But, Angelina is by far the most complete artist I have ever listened to. She has exceptional range for such a young girl. I am not a music critic or a voice coach so maybe I do not have the ability to fully express how much I do love her emotional, soft, full, deep, raspy, generous, soulful, and exceptional control which is so evident in all that she does. I am so mesmerized to her, she is addictive to my soul. And, I especially love this performance, this song. Brilliant!
Mesmerizing, enchanting, spectacular and immensely tremendous ..... words aren't enough. Not just her tone and vocal skills, but also, as You mentioned, to keep those long phrases together in a single take. I also like very much how she's _jazzed it up_ with a more syncopated phrasing almost all through the song.

Chris! Her tone is so deep and rich and Angelina finds the heart of the song and brings it to the surface like no one else can. Check out two other songs the first one she wrote and arranged when she was 12 called" Shield" and the second one is demo she sang for Baby Fuzz in Norway called "Still holding out for you" Both are spectacular. She has a lot of these one-take videos, where it seems like she makes flawless performances casually and effortlessly. Obviously there has to be hard work behind it, certainly on perfecting the singing techniques needed in the various songs, but you wouldn't know it to look at it. I doubt that she has any pitch corrected recordings, at all. That would require the pitch to be off... Obviously, if there's a studio technician (pro or amateur) anywhere around, he'll try to make himself useful, so there's likely to be some processing on anything recorded at a professional (or advanced amateur) studio. However, it's rarely anything noticeable, and never intrusive. Her voice and performance is always dominant, whether it's studio or live.
I'm starting to think that she isn't of this world, but has come from a far away place, her soul's purpose to uplift humanity with her voice. Maybe she's an angel because the way she sings is not natural. Is it even possible to have this kind of talent at such a young age?

Thanks for the reaction video! This is one of my absolute favorites from Angelina as well. In addition to being extremely talented she is also incredibly versatile, adapting her voice remarkably to different songs and different genres. Another brilliant cover from her that I would highly recommend is Stay (the version with just her and Ivan Mendez on guitar).
As I sit here under quarantine, in my man-cave, listening to Angelina, I started to focus on her incredible face features, which isn’t talked about very much! For a young girl to have such natural beauty is as incredible to me as her singing talents.The one thing I really know for sure is this; that outward beauty matches her inward beauty which can not be denied! But, least we forget, that “Mona Lisa” smile, as alluring and innocent as it seems, smashes your senses so completely that you come to realize in just a matter of seconds that she has you under her complete control! A child voice has no need to go to head voice or falsetto and that changes the dynamics of a song meant for grown ups. This girl listens and imitates these old records until she understands them and she always sings the deepest darkest key like her heroes amy winehouse and billie holiday

It is hard to believe that mature voice is coming out of that young girl. She is amazing! She can sing different styles of songs in her own way. I’m just hypnotized by her voice.
Not familiar with this song, I went and listened to Lana Del Rey's version. I prefer Angelina! There is something about the texture of her voice that commands attention. And her pronunciation of lyrics is captivating. Sometimes I'll be listening to a hit song and lose track of the story. I'll start focusing on the melody or the instrumentation. But when Angelina sings, I focus with intensity on her lyrical delivery. Besides all the technique she exudes, i.e. pitch, vibrato, breath control, range extension, etc., she has a mystical quality to her voice that many will try to describe but fail to do so. For me, her voice sounds like smokey, warm maple syrup should taste.
James Drynan , what excellent description of Angelin’s voice. Better than most vocal teachers. I too am fascinated with her, her music and the way she immulates every individual singer and the way she makes each song her own. I do pray for her protection as she becomes older. So far her parents have been her shield. She is such a gifted treasure I would hate to see destroyed by such a ravenous muscular industry that has destroyed so many artists. Her music is so perfect the way it is only getting better with time, I hope and pray she stays away from computers and electronics that would only diminish and water down her amazing voice. Another thing the industry would want to dress in tight sexy outfits and have her gyrating around on stage. That would only detract who she really is, a humble, sweet, and kind person who’s mission is to help the poor and orphaned children of the world.
