I think this is one of those dark horse growers. I can see this sneaking up the scoreboard, I would play this on my radio programmes during a soft section in a show. I'm interested in seeing this on the big stage. Congrats on a super classy entry this year Azerbaijan.
Thank you for your reaction and interesting analysis ! --- As always, Azerbaijan one of the best of the Eurovision Song Contest ! 💖🇦🇿 Love from Azerbaijan - «The Land of Fire» (Azerbaijani: «Odlar Yurdu») ! 💖🇦🇿
My opinion about our song is the same, As an Azerbaijani, I cannot say it is the best song we have sent, but the song has vibe, mystic vibe to it. Also, The voices of both guys are so good for me. With good live performance and stage, They can be top 20.Thank for your opinions
Thank you very much for your reaction to our music. Thank you very much. Please, if possible, listen to the Octave version of this composition. I'm sure it will be very interesting for you. Sincerely.
Every time i am listening this song i have goosebumps. For me it is really good song but it needs something more to be more effective something is missing
I like it - in my top ten. But I can see it struggling to get through, it's more jury friendly than televote. Might do well in the ROW televote though - the only song in SF1 giving that Eastern vibe.
One of the most important things is that the cut from the whole song that is shown for votings at the end should sound catchy. The cut from this song is not like that, that is why I am also afraid it might be lost out of attention among many other songs. It should qualify I think, but a win it would not bring for sure.
My Top 10 1. Italy: Angelina Mango, La Noia; 2. Switzerland: Nemo, The Code; 3. Ukraine: A. Alyona & J. Heil, Teresa & Maria; 4. Belgium: Mustii, Before the Party's Over; 5. Serbia: Teya Dora, Ramonda; 6. France: Slimane, Mon amour; 7. Israel: Eden Golan, Hurricane; 8. Georgia: Nutsa Buzaladze, Firefighter; 9. Portugal: Iolanda, Grito; 10. Latvia: Dons, Hollow. Top 10 with Eurovision "Effect" 1. Switzerland: Nemo, The Code; 2. Croatia: Baby Lasagna, Rim Tim Tagi Dim; 3. Italy: Angelina Mango, La Noia; 4. Netherlands: Joost Klein, Europapa; 5. Ukraine: A. Alyona & J. Heil, Teresa & Maria; 6. Lithuania: Silvester Belt, Luktelk; 7. Austria: Kaleen, We Will Rave; 8. Norway: Gåte, Ulveham; 9. Sweden: Marcus & Martinus, Unforgettable; 10. Greece: Marina Satti, Zari. I still give the edge to Angelina Mango representing Italy with La Noia. Song structure, composition, orchestration, instrumentation, creativity and arrangement for music and vocals in addition to Angelina's dynamic and solid vocal and staging performances.
I was really looking forward for your review on this beautiful song, and it seems you completely missed it! Maybe you've been doing too many at the same day, and maybe it's because every time you stop the video for a comment and start it again, you skip some 5-10 seconds or even more!! I'm so disappointed, you completely missed the beautiful blend of east and west, with the great beat and the eastern sounds of the violin... You're a vocal coach and said almost nothing about the beauty of the Azeri Mugham singing, I thought you would analyze it and appreciate it. I like your channel, but this video is a BIG disappointment. I hope you listen to this song again and see what I'm talking about. ❤
I like this one, I can't pretend otherwise. However, I share your Concern that it might be too low-key. A Key Element giving Özünlə Apar more Impact (à la "Ar aš vis dar gyvas? (DIM DIM)") is missing.
It's a good song but I agree with you. I am also afraid it won't make it to the grand final. It is like elevator music, you forgot once you gotten of the elevator.
