It shows thT indian singers can also screech.. but they don't sing just to show case their talent but on the range where it is pleasant to ears and occasional high pitch which gives some contrast and flavor

Claps..silence..tears & the gasp says it all without words.. Typical Indian classical music, mostly Carnatic, Hindustani grounding takes abt 10-12 yrs. Most children enrol by age 4-5.

Pretty sure she is the best singer in the world... objectively even... she has now mastered songs in like 15-20 languages and by this point literally thousands of songs, many megahits... legit prob best in the world.

Hey Justin. Just FYI in regard to this video, she is not even singing her own language / mother tongue which happens to be Bengali. Shreya is from West Bengal (East India) and she is singing in Tamil which is a South Indian language. She has also sung Malayalam (again a South Indian language but known to be tough to pronounce / speak) songs without any accent or difficulties in pronouncing tough words. She is GREAT singer, a true gem of India,

There are so much in line for you to react to her live singing. She did her UK&US Tour in 2022 which was with alot of interpretations that a human can’t handle. Also react to her Chennai concert that happened in Dec,2022 which was so far the best and i feel privileged to have witnessed it in live. She’s such a Queen❤😍
