I'm a little bit dissapointed that you do not react to her actual covers or origns.....and she did so much after AGT where you can see her incredible development. "Not about Angels". "Hostage" & "River" are my personal highlights. They are so different styles so that you can hear the full spectrum and flexibility she got now
Frank she pronounces her name: Dan L yuh, you need to forget the (i) it just confuses things. The problem comes from being an english speaker you feel the need to give the (i) as much weight as the (y) but she is pronouncing her name from a Kazakh point of view. She say her name very clearly when Simon asks for her name. So go to her audition for AGT 2020 and listen for her to say her name then play it as often as needed of her pronouncing her name. I have watched 75-100 different covers and nobody else takes the part, ' and I'll fist fight fire just to get close to you', up in their range. Everybody takes that part down in their range. She does not need any contrivance to make her sound better. Her voice, unenhanced, is all she needs. Thanks for your reaction Frank.
