Jazz and soul music are my favourite genres to sing so I knew I'd found a gold mine when I first heard Teddy Swims. I could listen to him all day, every day. Also, Tara, thank you for the extremely kind words you share at the end of the video!
Stapleton does the Blues, Teddy does the Soul and Chris Kläfford does the sorrow. (Kläfford just released a new kitchen session where he does "A chill in the air" so sadly but also lets his rockn' roll voice fly a bit more free.)
Ok..WE love Teddy, agreed. Now, my critic of you; Excellent & articulate evaluation of the savant called Teddy. A+ for your "Home Free" style of guitaring. A+on YOUR vocal chops as well.. And finally.. You look exactly like my Mom's sister, when she was young like you.. Is that a compliment?.. Dunno..but Aunt Maggie was one of thee most beautiful Native-american women you've ever seen.. Thanx for your vids.
Tara... I mean... How didn't I know of your channel before. Can't stop watching your videos. Love u and your coaches, such amazing vibes coming from you guys ❤️ Can't get enough... 😊
You know it's a crazy good performance when a vocal coach who is also super talented can actually just sit back and enjoy the performance with all of us
I already have a fidget problem and this video was hard to sit still too. Loved when you sung the guitar bit Tara. Your amazing Tara. Love y'all. Xx 💖💖
this is good, he and Chris Klafford should sing a song together, i think they would offset each other fabulously. Chris just released another cover too, "Chill In The Air" by Amos Lee. check it out, it's one of his best !
I love his voice, it's so beautiful and amazing, I was not expecting it to be that good honestly... 😊🤗❤️😬 Also you should react to counting stars, by OneRepublic, I honestly think it so well written! ❤️
Couple of things here. You KNOW someone is an amazing singer when Tara doesn't even pause the song anywhere lol...... You know you're an amazing singer when Tara dances throughout the video lol
Hi Tara, I enjoy your channel. I watched your video for Beth Hart & Joe Bonamassa doing I’d Rather Be Blind. You pointed out how they were into the song. I want to suggest a blast from the past, or 2, Elvis singing ‘If I Can Dream’ and The Righteous Brothers ‘Unchained Melody’ Live 1965- it’s a solo by one of the duo, Bobby Hatfield, he sings a 20 note range ending with a G5. Both are great examples of feeling the lyrics. Enjoy your day. 😷😎✌🏻🤟🏻
@@Jen.V843 ah yes the list. Maybe in 10 months well see some Matt Corby. And not the Brother reaction that one is overdone. He does tons of live studio versions of various songs i wish she would do.
Teddy Swims is great so was this reaction. Just a reminder to react to Angelina Jordan when you can "Feeling Good" at 10 years old there are two performances both are great, or "A Million Years Ago" at her house with a guitarist about 11 years old. You were talking about Teddy and the emotion he puts into his songs and like Teddy, Angelina has that same gift to emote her songs, what she does well is being in the presence of her song not in the presence of the public, the deeper she gets into the song the better the emotion.
Would love to see and hear your reaction to Foxes and Fossils , just an average local band but with some amazing talent with any song or style but I would recommend Suite Judy Blue Eyes for your first song .
TARA!! You have to check out Sam Robson! He does Acapella covers of various songs from Disney, dreamworks, and broadway. There’s a million acapella covers on RU-vid but his stuff is the best!
