With simple movement and body awareness, we start to open the voice.
Follow this practice to relax the different parts of the body involved in making a strong and natural tone of voice. We begin to relax so that our full, lowest resonances can open naturally and progressively. This also yields a full breath to originate sound.
Next, we explore a range tones with the abdominally-supported voice to send sound-energy and vitality up into the head, opening the face and higher areas of resonance. This method allows for the capacity to safely explore and access the full range of pitches of the unique instrument that is your body.
