B He is the very best singer for me, take him over every other male or female singer, i just keep going back to his Hurt that he sang on the Voice and can not forget it, always wanting more, he's the best Regardless of what anybody says.
They lack weight to be considered belts, his tone is nasal so that adds to the illusion that they're more mixed than they actually are. Compare it to other G#5s at 1:07 and 10:16 that are also almost there but not quite. The only difference with the "mixed" once is that it started more "chesty" and had more volume output. The problem is that there is not a rule to say when it counts and when it doesn't as a mixed belt. I think he's capable of mixing up to there, but he needs to balance his mix and add a little bit more weight/chest.
