I want to start by saying rest in peace to Chris Cornell. Has anyone watched a documentary about Chris, Chester and Avicii playing a serious role within human trafficking for sexual reasons..?.!?
I'm so sorry for your loss. I had the good fortune to see him on his final tour for Temple of the Dog, in San Francisco. In fact, that was the last concert by anyone I saw, and probably my favorite experience. I miss him so much.
Prince made poetry, Sinead O’Connor made a hit and Chris Cornell made a masterpiece with this one here!!!! Ur reactions were spot on!!!! Great job guys!!!!! 🥰 🥰 🥰
Chris had one of the most amazing voices ever. Hunger Strike by Temple of the Dog was one of the greatest songs ever, Chris Cornell and Eddie Vedder on one song... simply amazing.
One of the songs that showcases his voice the best is a song called Say Hello to Heaven. It’s about a friend that was in another band that died of an overdose. His voice on there is amazing
Amazing Amazing artist!!!!! I agree...i think i might like this version better than prince and that doesn't happen with a prince song!!!!!! RIP Chris!! RIP Prince!!
RIP Chris. He was one of my favorite singers of all time. Try Temple of the dog "hunger strike". U have his vocals n Eddie vedder from pearl jam vocals, it's amazing.
"I Promise It's Not Goodbye" by Chris Cornell, is one of the most beautiful songs ever recorded. The backstory is absolutely heartbreaking. I highly recommend at least a listen, if not a reaction. Cheers!
Say Hello 2 Heaven - Temple of the Dog That is probably one of the greatest vocal performances of the last 30 years. He sang the hell out of that song. I was able to see Soundgarden back on May 3, 2017 at the Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta. Chris took his own life 2 weeks after. May is mental health awareness month and as someone who has battled their mental health for decade(s) I beg people to speak up and talk about their own mental health. We aren't alone. Speaking up is the hardest thing but people do care. Everyone's world is better with you here. Life is hard but it shouldn't be alone. There is nothing more powerful in this world than love.
Chris Cornell's version of Billie Jean by Michael Jackson is beautifully haunting and once again Chris makes it his own. Check it out, wont be disappointed.
This is one of my favorite reaction videos. If you took the best musicians from every culture and put them in a theater, turned down the lights and played this video, you could bet the farm on a standing ovation.
Ty Asia & BJ - much respect! I agree he was unique & sang w/ soul & so many colors that imo, he can’t be mimicked. My heart aches hearing Chris; a true original gone 2 soon, but that we were lucky to have! 🤍Tica Recommend Chris Cornell - Imagine (Inglewood 2015)
YES to this everyone always reacts to nothing compares 2U & not Fell on Black Days which is a shame as they are missing out on such a showcase of Chris's R.I.P 😢 vocal talent 🎤 especially when he hits those high notes which gave/ give me goosebumps ✌💕
My parents took me to see chris many years back on my 17th birthday small venue very intimate performance with the greatest vocalist alive was the most amazing concert just chirs his guitar and a red phone on a table. RIP chris we all miss you
so happy you found Chris Cornell.. goat imo. He wrote over 300 songs.. check out his solo album Euphoria Mourning Loud Love to you guys 💜. We will always say his name
I love this beautiful version so deeply and it’s always made me incredibly emotional, but after the tragic loss of Chris and my sister, who loved this song… The tears just flow. I can only hope their souls are free and at peace. 🕊🤍🕯🕯🤍🕊
In the 90s even Sir Elton John said he is the voice of Rock! now that is a compliment coming from a legend about a future legend! My favorite version of this by a country mile ;-)
Love your reaction. Chris is my favorite vocalist. He puts so much feeling into his words and style as if he wrote these songs himself. Great stuff. You should listen to "Say Hello to Heaven" of the Temple of the dog album from Chris another great soulful song.
Beautiful vid. Thank you. You guys are incredible and Chris Cornell is just fucking necessary. I feel like if you have a soul.....black, white, yellow, whatever color we didn't have the choice to be painted with......the connectivity of music transcends ALL!!! Once again thank you for spending your time for us, it's worth way more than cash. 👊🙏
i absolutely love everything Chris Cornell has ever done,; Soundgarden/Temple of the Dog/Audioslave/Mother Love Bone, his solo work. you name it, and if Chris’s voice is on it - it’s going to be amazing. Chris has a beautiful soul and i’m glad i got a glimpse into his heart from his music. (i know Chris is still here, he’s just in a different form now) he does a cover of Billie Jean you’d also enjoy. and his song Sunshower is so sweet and wonderful. o and look into his Led Zepplin cover of Thank You.
Asia! U say U can never get enough of this voice and u call out how bluesy his voice is! I keep requesting on your lives but never win. 😞 You just have to listen to ‘when I’m down’ live at the Troubadour. You will be blown away! 🙂it has left other reactors including vocal coaches speechless! 💕
The greatest rock star of the 90s .. Like a stone ,fell on black days , I am the highway, scars in sky ..just go on down the line from sound garden then adioslave to temple of the dog .. He's amazing
Hope y’all see this- I know it was months ago- you guys NEED to hear and SEE his cover of MJ’s “Billie Jean- fantastic!! Talk about “doing it his own way.” You will be blown away! RIP Chris Cornell ❤️🙌🏻❤️. 💖💙🤘🏼👍
Rest well, Chris. Gah I miss his voice in the world! This song always brings me right to that spot where my whole soul is open.. Love it! Great reaction :)
Wow. You guys really hit it in the head. I was a metal and grunge head in the 90's and I always thought when I heard Soundgarden (Chris's Band) it was so bluesy. Like hearing Otis Redding in a Grunge Band. Love Chris and miss him so much.
Great reaction!!! This song gives me chills every time. ❤ Here are some of my suggestions for more Chris Cornell songs; Soundgarden - Burden in My Hand, Temple of the Dog - Say Hello 2 Heaven, Audioslave - Like a Stone, and Chris Cornell - Seasons.
I put this song on repeat after my mom died. The line that hit me the most was, "all the flowers that you planted, Mama, in your back yard, all died when you went away. She loved her flowers.
Special Request: STAINED “something to remind you” LIVE! This mans ability to convey emotions through his voice and music is unparalleled. I think everyone at some degree has or can relate to this song. Cheers from Texas y’all
