I’m in heart and lung failure, and I love to sing. However my breathing has become terrible. These exercises help strengthen my breathing. Not only that I can sing again!!!

Great exercise for building the breath support and placement for stuccato, for me especially on the 'a' and 'o' sounds. I was losing a lot of air and getting stuck in the throat on higher notes. This exercise has been very useful..thank you!

Makes Sense. Kinda Have Your Vocal Chords Set And Use The Support To Power Them. I Am Kinda Prone To Stretching My Voice Into The Notes. Gotta Work On It.

Freya, you have a spectacular voice! I am so glad I discovered your beautiful, informative videos.I sing often @ church services, weddings, etc.,ever since childhood. Your instructions/teachings have been extremely helpful. I'm SLOWLY recovering from Covid-19.The virus settled deep down in my lungs, & is still ravaging all of my joints. I was medically cleared to go back to work last week.This, unfortunately, has put me directly back into Covid exposure.I've been a >43 years, & have never seen anything like this virus before. Please be well, & keep on singing

Great video - even though it wasn't meant for me I could identify with one of the errors at the end about initiating from your support rather than from the glottis/throat - I struggle with this.

I meant to say that I had been an opera singer since age 15 on I have studied with the probably the best vocal coaches in Manhattan that but that bears saying however I am practicing all of what you what you're demonstrating. I would love to know if you were based in Las Vegas Nevada I was just curious because I didn't know do you have a school that you work in are you teaching privately?
