This is definitely available online! At this point I'm not sure which website exactly I got it from, but I'm sure you can find if you do a google search for the pdf!

Hello. I practice with a clarinet in B b and I have the score with a sharp key: sol fa # sol ......... Would you be able to put the corresponding piano part online: start with a chord in D fa la with the right hand (I think) and with the Bb at the clef? Thank you in advance. Chris (FRANCE)
