Dumb story regarding Miku rejecting Rin, but sometimes I play Project Diva around my grandparents just to see what they think, and they asked about what happened. So, I told them that Miku told Rin that they couldn’t become a couple. The next song I played was Shinkai Shoujo and my grandpa ended up calling it the weird sequel to summer idol where Miku feels bad for rejecting Rin and drowns herself.
at this point, VOCALOID isn't just a software anymore. it's a family. i know the Cryptonloids are moving out, but looking at CeVIO, UTAU, Synthesizer V, VOCALOID, and Piapro, you can tell that we've grown attached to these characters that basically don't exist irl as humans. i just hope they stick around for long, or maybe even evolve to shape up future's music with virtual singers.

no bc i feel like miku is starting to look more and more real on live stage and it’s so mind blowing- she’s so perfectly synced up and fluid and everything…i won’t be too surprised if she suddenly steps out of the hologram and becomes a real person-
