Comparing and Reviewing the (same design) arcylic charms recieved from Vograce and Zap creative manufacturers. Both are great, however I decided that Vograce is the better option for money. The shipping times went unmentioned, but I would also say that Vograce was superior in this aspect as they took under a month to ship from China to UK, while Zap Creatives took 2 days longer while being in the same country as me. The customer service from both companies were exemplary and clear, but I would say Zap Creative will reimburce you if a mistake is made.
