There are folks on Android that make 'call recorder' type apps. It sure is a challenge to get the voice stream so you can record it, let alone add an effect like these. But they have found hacks that sometimes work, generally involving android 'accessibility' option.
I know someone who has a famous and older youtube channel and he has never used his actual voice on it. He manipulates it using Audacity. Everyone thinks he sounds smooth and professional when in reality he doesn’t sound anything close to it.
Not sure if I'll go through all those steps for the phone, but I like how I can record a distinctly different voice onto Audacity. (Actually, since Audacity is reportedly spying on users, I use Dark Audacity.) I really should get back into making videos and podcasts, and this will help.

i didnt understand the last part where you can use an iphone or android to make a call with changed voice. I see you connect the phone with the PC, got it. Am i then making the call on the PC app, but it uses the phone to make the call ? or am I actually using the phone itself to dial ?

Hi Kevin, I have a problem with my Office. Every time I open an office application it shows me the error Microsoft office can not verify the license for this product, fix this error in control panel. Then I tried it but, it didn't work. And if I close the error it closes The application, too!

Built in Game turbo for Poco f3 has live voice changer. The only problem is, there's no fine tune feature. The female sound like chipmunks. But it proves that it's doable
@Kevin Stratvert Dear Robot Voice: I have heard any number of YT channels where the voiceover is clearly machine created. I generally assume that the channel owner's first language is not English, thus the pro-sounding American voiceover. Just as clearly, it IS a machine generated voice -- reading a script. But is does sound pretty good. I suspect these YTers are from India, China, etc. Their English grammar and sentence structure is good, but their accent is likely based on their first language. I am curious enough to wonder how they do that? [It would be perfect for my fledgling YT channel that is getting lots of clicks in the English-speaking sector of Somaliland that is underwater (I think).]
I hate misleading titles. All you showed was using windows applications. You didn't actually route the audio over to the phone. Sad that these many people have liked your video.
