i've watched kap play lethal company with tyson, zach, and amine. and it's just so cute to see a coach interact and bond with his team the way kap does. he's so connected with them, and that's what makes him a great coach. that's what makes them a great team.
hes busy listening to kap and trying to figure out how to implement everything, im sure if he had a question ab something he'd probably ask but other than that he doesnt really need to
Reminder that this is a Kaplan highlights video, not just a timeout/funny moments compilation. Amine is in fact very active in the timeouts + following buy phase, but, as coaches we only have 2x 1min periods to talk to the team so Amine and the rest of the team respect that and give Kap the space to say what he needs to say before we're muted and the game goes live again. This is why you'll hear Zach say "Let Kap talk" at the start of Timeouts as a reminder to the team that we have a limited window of time to say what we need to say.
To the people that out John's reserved demeanor, it's important to consider his unique background. Having spent most of his life in Morocco, yet he alr has great english, + He is the iGL, so he naturally has to use most of his time to think. Him fidgeting constantly with this headset is a sign of deep concentration. also apart from this video, the whole team seems to be warm and genuine with each other.

idk, I can't get behind a coach that encourages getting angry over loses, bad performances. I get that he's trying to 'light the fire, etc' but thats what leads to faster burnout. Everyone is learning, hope next season is better for sen!
