Voice of Korea jamming? (7570 kHz) 

Since a few weeks, this kind of noise can be heard often with / over Voice of Korea on 7570 kHz. The jamming noise is not present on Russian SDR's, so looks like somebody jamming Kim from Europe.
Btw this jamming noise very similar to the North Korean jamming on Medium wave.
