You may not be qualified in that sense of papers and all that, but we are qualified so far as God prepares us. David was not qualified by army standards still God prepared him during his time as a shepherd to fight Goliath and triumph over him we see this in 1st Samuel 17: 34 - 36 I do not know your exact circumstances but God works all things for the good of those who love Him. We can say with David, the lines have fallen for me in pleasant places and it is all God's doing
