Filipino singers don't normally use auto tune. That's a real no-no in the Philippine music industry. It could actually kill their career. This is specially true with known, great vocalists. They don't lip sync during live performances either. It's what makes filipino singers unique from most other countries.

Nice catch. It's called a "warble" when the software tries to get you to the note. In his case it's more apparent because he's already on the note which confuses the software! Autotune doesn't work well if you're already on the note as this confuses the software and starts to warble trying to approximate the closest higher or lower pitch. He doesn't need it. But post probably added it for stylistic effect being that it's not a live performance. He definitely can sing without it. But sometimes they get an over zealous producer or predisposed to its use as part of the trend.

we Filipinos hated auto tune, as much as possible we create our original tune.✨☺️ but I knew auto tune it's not bad at all.. but we preferred make our own uniqueness ..

auto-tune is used by foreign singers to elevate their sound. Filipino singers do not use it bc it will immediately be noticed. Used rarely but used to create a dramatic effect- KZ with her famous performance of Rolling in the Deep!
