8:45 - that's actually BTOB's main rapper. He actually *can* sing, but he *can't* do those super high notes with any sort of stability like Eunkwang can or without hitting falsetto. Tears is notoriously hard, even for females, and a lot of made idols will get asked to 'sing' it because most people know that their voices will crack or they'll miss the notes. I get that it can be pretty irritating to experience people joking around when singing - but that wasn't ever meant to be serious. It was like a variety skit, made to make people laugh, and you can usually tell by if they're sitting down or standing.

@purpleglitz Having gotten more into k-pop a little bit, I really have understood why so many people say that Red Velvet is their top favorite group. My actual favorite vocalist is Irene, even if Wendy is technically the most sound singer. It would have to be Red Velvet followed by Dreamcatcher.

i agree with you that Eunkwang on knowing brothers didn't sound good (compared to on weekly idols) but i love his flow.. he sang it with longer notes while most other male singers sang it with short notes..

I wished you reacted to SHINee. They have such distinctive vocals and they mix so well. Their harmonies are out of this world. One of them, Jonghyun, hits high notes like a champ. He is considered by many as the best male vocal in K-pop.
@@anbar "Stranger", "Excuse Me Miss", "Dream Girl" - always choose the concert versions as they are famous for their live vocals, they sing live, it has even a name, it's called "SHINee standard". Jonghyun's solo works are amazing too, I recommend "Crazy" and "Fortune Cookie" (all their solos to be honest). I just recalled, Sam reacted to one of the members', Onew, "Nessun Dorma" performance. From there you can go anywhere in their discography, they have no bad songs, very eclectic. They are 14 years on stage, there is a lot to listen to. Have fun 😁
