This was their first performance at the Brits and they were also dancing their asses off. I’d say this is a good performance, but if you’re looking for perfection, it’s their 2019 performance.

Leigh-Anne just released her second solo single and I suspect there’s gonna be some live performances coming soon for that, I’d love to see you analyse her performances when they do. She’s developed such a gorgeous tone to her voice imo as she’s matured too. 💖

Please we need more Little Mix!! They usually lip sync to choruses because they're dancing all the time, but it's just that. The rest of the songs are usually live all the time💜

Love your positive learning spin on some potentially weaker moments in the song, its constructive instead and pleasant.

I personally really like a good compromise between singing and dancing, and I don't mind at all some playback on certain parts. BTW Beyoncé also uses pre-recorded vocals on certain parts and she does it REALLY well!

I’m wondering if you’d be interested in reacting to and analyzing either: John Farnham’s cover of Help, specifically his live performance with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, or Kasey Chambers recent live cover of Lose Yourself from June 2022. When someone said he saw Taylor Swift and thought that she sounded awesome and didn't much vocal track used, then something's wrong with you.

Interesting comparison to T Swift (whose concert tee I'm totally wearing rn lol) with respect to live vocals and harmonies. That's something I wouldn't have considered. Black Magic is such a fun song and I can totally see the value in just switching to the recording for the chorus to make sure those harmonies are crisp and clear and balanced. I was dancing haha.

Yes LOVE Little Mix, they’ve come a long way since this performance! Especially Leigh-Anne who definitively comes off as the weakest in this performance. Maybe a reaction to them performing in 2022 would be great to see their growth

When I use to work on a musical there was use off backtracking to lesser the load of the overworked artists.

This isn’t Ariana Grande Tattooed Heart, I think you reacted to the wrong video by mistake!

It was little annoying how he acted like this performance is their like their vocal standard or some defining moment in their live performances or like if he watched hundreds of performances by them and knew their voices from right and left when it's clearly not true. This was one of their vocally weakest performances because they were moving around a lot. Backing Track or even lip-synced chorus in those type of songs is ok because there isn't a chance to keep tight 4-piece harmonies while heavily dancing and moving around. When these ladies go acoustic or acepella they completely slay with their vocals and harmonies. I think going to absolute detail and rank skills of a singer by just 1 performance is stupid. It's just one performance and everyone has off days when pitch isn't perfect.
