I'm ftm and I sometimes have voice dysphoria but this sounds weird but sometimes what helps me is watching videos of when I was younger because my voice was really high back then and now it's a lot deeper. Still not as deep as a cis guy but definitely deeper than what it was. I'm 14 and my voice has gotten deeper as I've gotten older.
I've.fortunately got a naturally deep voice pre T and I actually have a slight Adam's apple so I'm kinda lucky. I still have voice dysphoria though because my voice still doesn't sound like that of a cis guys
I'm subscribed to a girl who has a really cool video on how to heighten your voice (it's the oldest of three different ones she has about voice stuff I think - I showed it to a friend just the other day). Her channel is violet4151. For ftx people I think the term is to boom your voice, or that might be one of a couple different techniques, I'm not sure.. Anyways, if I've been out somewhere really loud, where you constantly have to pretty much shout, I'm like an octave lower the next day - it's so awesome.. Very conflicted though about my voice - I'd love a lower speaking voice, but I don't want to give up my high range for singing classical music and opera.
I just did a voice reveal to this group chat and the admin said it wasn't me because it sounded like a chick. :/ I'm FtM. I didn't think my voice was all that high pitched. Rip my self esteem.
