In this tutorial i show you guys how to properly setup voicemeeter potato. This is a much better method than voicemeeter banana setups..

Music toggle shortcut copy paste
Request for button ON:
Strip(1).B3=1
Request for button OFF:
Strip(1).B3=0
Music no mic shortcut copy paste
Request for button ON:
Strip(1).B3=1
Strip(3).B3=0
Strip(2).B3=0
Request for button OFF:
Strip(1).B3=0
Strip(3).B3=1
Strip(2).B3=1
Make sure to use button type as 2 positions.
Also be sure to change steamvr audio input to VAIO3 and output to Cable A.
Vaio3 is your new microphone for gaming
Vaio is your new microphone for discord
Cable A is your system speakers
Cable B is your speakers for music that routes in mic

If you still would like a turoial for basic voicemeeter banana without the paid virtual cables let me know but i wouldnt reccomend it..

Tip: Hardware outs- A1 should be the the device that is the most stable, meaning you don't run your cheap headset as the primary if you have a high quality audio system. VB is very sensitive when it comes to these settings and you may find crackling/peaking if you set it to something that cannot handle the data. You can set whatever you're listening with such as your headphones to A2-A5, and leave them there. You will notice that on your Virtual Input channels, you have an A1-A5, which are your hardware outs, so you can toggle between which device is playing sound through those. B1-B3 are known as "buses" which are the the virtual channels in master section on the right.

@@ianaaceves8277 As a main output? Definitely not. As an output in general? Definitely can. Some individuals have difficulties with this, as oculus has something weird with their audio drivers and so it takes some set and testing, but after you put it on, test to see if it works, and once it's working, you should be good to go.

Please help Jordan. I did it and now no audio is showing up in vrchat!!! It says default (none) when I go to select a mic. Everything was fine before I followed the directions of the video.

any idea why my audio will phase in and out so for example like every 5 sec my headset audio will cut out i cant hear anything for about a sec any clue what i messed up?

If you click a1 you can hear yourself on each Channel. Well any of the A buttons

Im glad it helped! I was thinking of doing that but there wasnt much that they added honestly. I still use iktweaks with new ik2.0 though

Hey if I wanted to do this with valorant like allow myself to talk and play music at the same time or toggle my mic of and just have music would it be the same process? Is it possible still?

Yo I got this model called Vincent from gumroad and the all assets are different models are separated I don’t know what go’s into what it’s literally from scratch from toggle’s to feature’s even the sizes of clothes usually it would be simple.but also I am bot when it comes to unity

@@Physicsvrc usually if hats and such are separate or whatever on the left on hierarchy it’s because it’s setup as a toggle so meshes are separate
