VOICEPLAY DRIVING THE VOCAL TARDIS!!!! Blind reaction to Voiceplay - Sh-Boom (Life Could Be A Dream) 

My husband LOVES classic cars and oldies songs, so this was the song that I used to finally get him to listen to VoicePlay. Now he runs into my office to let me know when they drop a new video.

When you looked up who did the arrangement and started talking about how Geoff doesn’t feature himself that much, I was just laughing because I knew he was about to smack you upside the head with that bass drop!

Now I want an actual song from them called Halloween Havoc. Who's telling Layne? 😂

This is such a fun song from Voiceplay, probably one that doesn't get enough love IMO. Their voices are incredible together and the way that this is arranged is just so so much fun. I know the BTS for this one (over on their Patreon) was one of my favourites for a long time... Thank you for this fun reaction DJ! Glad we got it in front of you finally!

Love the song, Geoff's arrangement takes it to a new stratum. Layne's "slide down like a tired robot with a hangover" to A0 reminds of why I always keep the closed captions on for Voiceplay and Geoff! You are going to love Halloween.....

I have said before (and will continue to say, because it's a factual statement), listening to/watching VoicePlay is the equivalent of retrieving a comfy blanket, fresh and warm from the dryer, and wrapping it around your soul on an otherwise chilly night (having the kitten and/or puppy curled up asleep in your lap is optional...😃)

When I hear this song, it always reminds me of the 2 rooms scene from the movie "Clue" when Mr. Green is showing the cop around. Tooooo funny!!! Love that movie!!

REACT TO GEOFF CASTELUCCI'S 'THE HEADLESS HORSEMAN'! Listen, I'm telling you now, with Halloween coming up again, you need to react to Geoff Castellucci's "The Headless Horseman!" If you liked the way they had him dressed in 'Jack's Lament', you're gonna love this one!

You're not the only one -- so many things that VP and/or Geoff have covered, I feel underwhelmed when I listen to the originals afterwards. I don't think that's a ding on the originals; VP is just that good at arranging and performing!

Just FYI-the last note where Layne winds it down with an inhale technique hits A0. This was quite a bit before Geoff could hit one note higher at B0. Layne has also hit C#6 in ACA Top 10 Disney villains when he did a cat meow. Eli, and I *think* Cesar have a high of F#5 (if it’s higher it’s my bad). That means Layne actually has the biggest range in the group. They’re all stupidly talented though. Fun fact: Layne’s jacket is split up the back to make it fit. 😂

Halloween Havoc 🤣🤣. That should’ve been suggested when they were looking for the names for Classical Chaos. Maybe we can suggest that to Layne for their Halloween video. He should have a lot of fun with that concept! Judging by the glasses J has on and the length of of Geoff’s hair, I’m guessing that this was probably filmed around the same time as their boy band medley. If so, they were really in that little Tardis of yours. (I might be wrong without looking it up, but J is wearing the same glasses that I noticed in Boy Bands.) I love watching J’s energy in this. He really gets into it and looks like he is having as much fun as you did watching!

I wonder if Layne needed an oil transfusion after that last part. And, no, you're not wrong, the 50s version is underwhelming compared to Voiceplay's. But it's still a delightful song and romantic and deserves a listen!😊❤💙

I grew up with the Doctor Demento version of this song, the one by Stan Freberg (not quite a parody, but a definite humorous take ... "Come on you guys, mumble. Mumble! I'm not supposed to be able to understand you!") so it's kind of odd to hear a 'serious' take on it, but these guys did a wonderful job with a really old tune!

They also did the doctor who theme..... LOL
