This was her first performance with them, and only 15 or 16 yrs old. Her parents are friends of Geoff: he listened to her Insta and the group invited her to sing with them as a birthday present to her. (This is all in videos out there, and adorable). After, she did several others, the most recent was 2023 when she was featured in the Mean Girls version of Jingle Bell Rock. In between, she did You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch, We're Good, and one or two more I can't quickly remember...Mr. Grinch is especially fun!
This is from the second Frozen movie. In some ways I liked it more than the first. And Ms. Adriana is exceptional! She has a real career ahead of her! One great video she's in is "We're Good," which is also Cesar's first song with Voiceplay. It took mere seconds to fall for his charms, and now he has a full-on "fan club." (You'll get that when you watch the video.)💙
The high soprano descant was not Adrianna, it was Eliabeth Garazzo. Another friend, she's done high descants for them several times. She's only been on camera with them once, in In The Hall Of The Mountain King. And this was from the second Frozen movie.
Geoff had gray. In a BTS video he used a brown spray cover up on his hair. Earl was also a founding member. He left for personal reasons in 2020. There is a tribute video to him on VoicePlays page.
We're Good was Cesar's audition and Adrianna was also in the song by Dua Lipa. Also You're a Mean One Mister Grinch, and Good for You, and at Christmas she was in Jingle Bell Rock (Mean Girls). The Frozen here is Frozen II.
Adriana has been in several VP numbers; the best of them overall is probably Grinch, although this one might be a better showcase for her voice in particular; she really does absolutely nail the part. I've actually never seen Frozen. There used to be people in my life who were obsessed with Disney movies and made sure I saw all of them, but they had moved out of state before Frozen came out, and I haven't gotten around to watching it. I did see Shrek, but it doesn't really have any notable music that I'd want VoicePlay to cover.
