"Voices in my Head" is this doctor-turned-comedian's return to standup comedy after the worldwide pandemic that changed all of our lives.
Riaad rants about family life, kids and spiritual philosophies. He questions our approaches to find the correct path in life and is confused about which inner 'voice' we decide to listen to.

@desertstar223 stand up comedy and calling out genocide, there's 2 things so far, pretty important things seeing as the last genocide committed by the Nazis had a pretty serious impact on the world, and the current genocide taking place (that South Africa took to the ICJ) is having a severe impact, especially within the Muslim world, unfortunately we have puppets running most of the Muslim countries in this world and South Africa stepping up is to me leading the way on the world stage.

@@UK_Ash I do not follow Muslim comedians, I follow comedians, their religious beliefs don't bother me. Get out of your victim mentality and try to make a change in the world, instead of sitting in your corner and whining. Do you realise how many other people are being horribly persecuted in the world (Google it), not just Muslims. I do not condone the suffering of ANY people, I am not so close minded to make it just about myself and my community. All horrors should be called out and addressed, not just against ONE particular group. Do you have anything to say about the dehumanisation of women and girls by the Taliban in Afghanistan. Or the plight of the victims of war in the Sudan or the suffering of the North Korean people or the persecution of the Uyghur people in China. OPEN your eyes, human suffering is everywhere. You hypocrite .

how can this be good for the muslims when there is such vulgar signs and language.When he started the show it was clean,what changed him? Not good for anyone

There’s almost no swearing in the show. But I understand the middle finger is a big problem in certain parts of the world. In SA, the middle finger is not as vulgar as the UK for example. So even conservative audiences in SA are not really offended by this sign. When I did the UK, they told me that the middle finger is VERY offensive to conservative Muslim audiences. It’s not so hardcore in SA. That’s why I’m surprised by this comment.

@@RiaadMoosa it's not about being conservative,even little children know what the middle finger means.Furthemore words like "mader" is also considered offensive.Try using these signs and words when u meet people outside the theatre.What surprises me is that,why the need for offensive talk n actions?Is it to show how "cool"one is,or is it to gather more audiences.There should be some kind of sensor so all types and ages can enjoy the show without blushing.Off course at the same time we have to remember,first i am a muslim and then a comedian
