Three years ago today I returned home after two weeks at Standing Rock, Rosebud Camp. The weather alone made it one of the most difficult places to be. And I got the worst lung infection of my life, along with all those who went with me, even causing some in our hometown to fall ill. Yet, this is what Lakota face day in and day out with no hometown to return to where they are safe. Of all the types of humans there are, the Lakota do us all a great honor. And the patient endurance of all Native Americans is truly remarkable.

I’m half Choctaw,all Native Tribes Have Creation legends past down 1000s of yrs.They even speak of star people visiting earth.

This Earth is all we have, so many continue to choose to stay unconscious of the world their helping to create by not standing up for whats right in these beautiful lands. Natural law, not what humans want. What we want is not important now. What WE NEED is of the utmost importance. WE NEED WATER WE NEED HEALTHY LANDS WE NEED EACHOTHER Humans want money, they don’t need nor require it for life. This world thrived for many thousands of years without money. I have always loved the Native understanding of thinking 7 generations into the future when making choices. This way of thinking holds such responsibility to the individual. When thinking this way, the only answer is what would be good for our future families, not what i want right now. Things are changing & your leading the awakening.
