Roger Wang, the chairman and founder of Golden Eagle International Group, tells Forbes Asia how he made his billions in real estate by replicating a simple formula. Wang got his start by flipping condos in the early 1980s, and returned to China in 1992 to build malls and office buildings in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.

It all depends on the knowledge and strategies employed, but I've seen people make seven-figure profits in declining markets just as easily as they do in rising ones. There is no denying that some people have benefited significantly from the recession and crisis.

It's true that many people downplay the value of financial gurus until they experience emotional pain. After a protracted divorce, I can still clearly remember needing encouragement to keep my business afloat. @@harod033 I promptly did some research on Ruth's past. She can control herself well. Her credentials are solid, and it seems like she was the subject of a careful examination. Foreign investors from countries other than the United States can also use her services.
