All values are subject to balancing, before and after the feature is launched! However, for the specific case you mention: you need to upgrade the fabricator twice to be able to fabricate a tier 3 crate, and you must then have unlocked a tier 3 blueprint to be able to inscribe it... So don't expect that just by hoarding your first 30 alloys in a run you're going to have an Mk3 module up & running!

As part of the new Crafting Improvements, you will be able to "learn" to craft B.R.A.I.N. turrets without requiring on RNG to do so More info to come soon, once we discuss the Blueprint System in more detail!
