Voilamart ebike kit issue 

from what ive read , hub motors do not free spin like a regular wheel. The electric motor is inline and will have resistance. That might be normal

I've see a lot of these vendors CKits on RU-vid. Dozens at least and why I went to Jauopay. No issues of 2 kitts yet as both powerful DD and motors.

normal motor inside is kinda heavy resistenve normal. got two of these but one is faster then the other

It is a direct drive hub motor. you will feel full resistance from the motor no matter what. if you want to freewheel without resisting you need to buy a hub motor with a freewheel clutch. so it can spin with no resistance. Before building a E bike is best to learn the basics. Like the difference between direct drive and non direct drive.

Hub motors have internal resistance. It's normal. If you want a free wheel you can take a mid drive motor ebike

I don't hear the noise, but what you are describing is normal.

There are no moving parts in the motor. Loose magnet probably.

I do know spacing is important if you using disc brakes. Other main issue is ensuring proper placement of connector ends of being flushed of no slack. Flat head ends should be on bottome. If you using a weaker battery for the specs of controller, it will make a slight whining noise in beginning of throttle due to controller demanding more watts.
