funny fighting I tried to record, while a volatile was beating the shit outta Rais's men. (Rais's men kicked the volatile in butt). Watch till the end.
In Old Town there's this big yard with a bunch of Rais guys guarding a couple drops, they were there at night and I was on a rooftop, threw some firecrackers and watched alpha volatiles tear them apart.. it was so satisfying
@@chrishansen3245 yes, I tried the same thing with Low Gravity on once and turned out the bandits won lol, each of their gunshot blew away the volatiles and had them flying for seconds
i can't believe after all these years this game still look so amazing compare to some latest games. The atmosphere, the light, the chase, everything is so perfect.
Like in alien isolation where groups of people will start shooting at the alien but when it starts killing them the rest will scatter and be chased after by the alien
I wish the volatile would scream for its friends when it faught other ai cause it would be so much cooler (and feel more real) if the volatiles didnt just start a chase when they see you, but when they see any human at all
@@eeriegaming555 no it would make sense, why would it be OP? Of course the npcs can't fight as well as aiden but aiden is literly superhuman, he's had experiments done on him to make him stronger so it makes sense that he is capable of beating one. And a good group of renegades of peacekeepers could take out 1 volatile. Maybe even 2 but it wouldn't be easy for them. And it would help you use them to get volatiles off your tail
@@joefrederick2551 I know, what I mean though is that in the first game the volatiles spot you and start a chase and call other volatiles to chase you. And I think it would be cool if they did that with normal npcs. It would kinda make the game feel more real and scary cause it would show more how vicious and killjoy the volatiles are
@@93_Silverado im talking about when you were saying it wouldnt be op and used aiden being superhuman as an example, but this is concerning the first game with crane, not aiden. crane doesnt have experimental super strength
I love getting npc’s to fight zombie. A lot of the time I also like to join in to help rais’ men fight zombies npc’s, until the end where rais’ men turn back to fight me, in which I have to kill them.
I'm doing the Parkour to enter into Rais' tower right for The Pit mission and like a random night hunter joins. Now I'm in a balcony right with a hetal bar fense in front of me. Night hunter comes and is mowed down by Raises guys. The goofy thing is that he never got and rage quit. This was like 6 years ago. (Before I met my Xbox friends)
@@cayee Solo its not fun. Each time I kill some of them, the game would spawn more and they would track me down like homing missiles. If I die, the game goes to loading screen and respawns me. If I kill them I can not loot them since more of them already on their way. Overall a bad experience. Solo should play on a difficulty that does not spawn them endlessly.
I remember back in DL1 i was lvl 250 and I had a shotgun which I forgot its name, did 45 thousand + damage bro, One shot to a volatile like bruh 😂, I had some scary axes and machetes that 2 shots them, what fun DL1 was man
Some of those random thugs in old town are not necessary bad tho. Some just did it for the family. They also seemed to have lower stats than Rais's men.
@@meetprakasit1447 Maybe, but if someone tries to kill you just for self benefit i figure they deserve to die. Rais's men and those thugs share that trait.
You have to go to that mission you get dynamite for Jaffar during night and you'll see clownfiesta between Rais' men and volatiles. It also happens a lot in the Old City during night, you'll see Rais' men in their garrisons shooting volatiles' asses left and right. It's really fun watching who wins at the end.
I honestly hate night chases, they don't make sense. Why don't they start chasing the NPCs but they chase you? For me when a volatile sees you it should just run silently thouwards you and jumpscare you like the xenomorph from alien isolation. No chase music, just noises to scare the shit out of you. Maybe by reactiong to noises and actually looking for you, not just wandering around until it sees you. Also they should have more health sp that even the oldest players will rather stealth. And most importantly:No night runners (Those kind of virals that spawn whenever a volatile gets close to a biter), they're annoying and not scary at all, they just make nights unnecessarily difficult and ruin the immersion Edit: sorry, I forgot to say that volatiles should be terrifying creatures of the night, not just random bosses that spawn minions when they see you
Huh? It's ok u no like game but are u talking about DL1 or DL2. The volatile in DL1 spawn at night like everywhere and less zombies unless too much noise the viles will keep spawning. Now DL2 the volatile is less scary n strong and is easier to kill them unlike DL1 one sees u or hear noise u are not going to outrun them and there's are more then one when they come at you unlike DL2 there's like on 1or 2 with bunch of viles running at u. DL1 at night just listen to the cricket no need for music . Most games arent scary anymore when u grown up in age, spooky I think is the right word. DL1 is very spooky DL2 is mainly parkour
No i test it. In the following dlc rais's men have fireguns and one night 1 volatile go attack vs 3 rais men, well the volatile kill 1 and die, however by the sound of the fireguns they call 5 volatiles more 😂
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--NlKzB4rVnk.html I exactly have a same video that you were saying. I tried this one in old town. Subscribe and stay tuned
Porca puttana io ho visto nel mio gioco di dying light un combattimento tra più volatili e gli uomini di rais e hanno vinto i secondi e i volatili facevano schifo contro di loro
i still have a screenshot from a volatile with 40+ arrows in it xD wtf man. i wish games would add unique combat to harder difficulty instead of ''x500'' the hp they already had.
@@jacobm8396 its close to being the highest damage bow, it can one shot volatiles in the head without any legend points. I think the bow you get from hellraid is stronger though
