0:14 holy sh*t - is this sick and fat bass the volca keys? I would love to see the volca-hardware in a minilogue-format-case. volca keys and bass sound much more fat and analog then the minilogues.
yeah it's volca keys :) It can sound fat because the filter (ms-20 style) don't lose bass when you add resonanse.. v.bass is also cool, by the way if you want thick analog sound, check behringer k-2, form what I've heard it sounds very fat, better than korg's ms-20 mini...
это один из кассетных лупов, через зум такой звук дает) в самом начале с него же стартует только там мб чуть другая эквализация на микшере и тд... он исказился сам по себе от слишком долгого дроча))
Very well done! Very musical. These new modular setups are impressive and much more assessable to the masses. But how easy (or hard...) was it to get it all working together? Must have been a steep learning curve, eh?
Thank you!)) Don't know how simple it is with modular setups... But at least getting some analog devices to work requires some knowledge and patience, because something is always going wrong.. Older equipment tend to break down, tape machines are completely unreliable, and so on. At least in my experience with that 'trashy' stuff =))
Thank you! That box is just a solderless breadboard with some chips on it. Clock divider, shift register sequencer, noise source and VCAs. I use it for experiments =)
Thanks! To get that bass sound you need to carefully adjust the filter and resonance.. It was also processed with some EQ from mixer and reverb from the Tascam dr-05. I used distortion only in the ending.
ммм сейчас уже не очень помню, все ситуативно лепилось)) там в основном разная кмоп-логика, счетчик, сдвиговый регистр, подобие VCA и генератор шума.. и этим управляются и частично синтезируются барабаны и звук с пленки..
