Sorry but this deck isn’t built to be competitive in the current format. I’m happy that you beat 2 good players but I imagine it mostly had to do with them drawing poorly and/or not knowing what your cards do. You only have 5 going second cards in the main (3 ash, 2 TTT), meaning you are going to lose going 2nd 99% of the time when your opponent sets up a board. You need minimum 9 going 2nd cards /handtraps in the main to be able to top a more competitive event than a small casual locals. Even 9 is on the low end, most good players are on 12-15+.

Since you're using multiple Anima, it might not be a bad idea to have a playset of Hiita the Fire Channelers along with Dogoran/Lava Golem/Divincarnate - while Hiita getting negated sucks, she really improves your consistency, as well as being able to search an out to unkillable monsters like Expurrelly Noir.

Ah Volcanic Counter, the most "You deserved it" ever printed. I can't count how many times an opponent attacks me with a big enough monster while I have 3 Counters sitting in my GY. Yugioh players never read.

Have you tried running pot of extravagance for consistency? With 3 anima 3 hiita and whatever else in the extra deck you might need of course
