This is how to reset the tyre pressure monitoring warning, light system on a 2016 Volkswagen CC.  Check your tyre pressures first. The label is on the fuel flap and then use this procedure to reset the light.

I have a 2012 CC and don't have the Tire Pressure option in Settings unfortunately and don't see anything in my Glove Box either

Possibly hasn’t got the system installed. Do you get the warning light on the dash? If not it’s not installed
