Simple answer it's waaaay chesper than gasoline, it polutes less, and it does not run out in your car as fast, you get more driving time from diesel, unless you make a lot of money the gas version is just not prime for most people.

Noooo. I've been doing some research on the Scirocco. Was considering in buying one. There's not gonna be a restyled Scirocco. Just minor changes in the exterior such as new decals and new rims and a new name. Everything else is the same. Look up 2013 VW Scirocco GTS. Thats the new name. The US is not gonna get it.
