Apart from the asmr this interview is complete bullshit. From a caroholic point of view the 0-100 launch u did is not even the maximum, it can clock 0-100 in 8 seconds . Also the slalom test was completely useless as it is in a grass field. It should have been done on a tarmack(actual road).

There should have been a Volkswagen Virtus GT 1.5 MT (NOT GT PLUS), without sunroof and 2 airbags In DSG, they have both GT and GT Plus In Taigun, they have both GT MT and GT Plus MT In Virtus, the price difference between Topline AT 1.0 and GT DSG is hardly few thousand Rs. one has to let go 6 airbags and sunroof for 1.5L Engine, which I would do it any day for GT MT version Similarly they should have Topline 1.0L MT and GT MT at a few thousand price difference . By not having Virtus GT MT: *They are forcing you to pay SUV premium of 1Lakh in Taigun GT MT *They are forcing you to pay DSG Premium of 1.3Lakh in Virtus GT DSG They will not launch Virtus GT 1.5 MT, but have separate electric seat version in Topline, some stupid Sound Edition version, etc Now I am forced to get Skoda Slavia 1.5 Ambition
I have been a long-time follower of MotorBeam and truly appreciate your content. However, I don't believe the 0-100 time provided is accurate. Personally owning a Slavia MT 1.5, I can confirm it performs much better. In my second attempt, I was able to achieve a 0-100 time of around 9 seconds, with video evidence to support it. Given your team's extensive driving experience, I am genuinely surprised that the recorded time was over 10 seconds.
I have booked scorpio n z4 and still awaiting delivery, want to know if I should go for virtus gt plus 1.5 mt ? I felt a bit lag in the acceleration and thats why did not go for virtus at first place
Z4 you will get 130 bhp engine. That engine takes 15 seconds to reach 100. Please don't compare any mahindra car with virtus gt. German engineering is out of the league for mahindra
I request Motor Beam to make comparison of Hunter 350 vs Avenger 220 ; I know I know it's a bit of a stretch cause of displacement misplacement but still they are of the same category , ( Plus ) If Hero Xpulse 200 can be compared with Himalayan 411 then there are no excuses to avoid this comparison as well .
Depends on a lot of conditions. Launch, gear shifting, traction control, ac, fuel weight, no. of passengers, etc. Plus the manual is slower than the DSG . I've seen videos where Virtus has done in around 8 seconds as well.
actually reading has negative error of about 5-10% which means when dashboars says 100kmph its actually 90-95kmph The measured time is from a GPS device which uses actual speed.

Virtus Gt is one of the best looking Sedan from outside. Initially i was happy with my purchase of Virtus Gt (Manual), but now I’m not happy with the overall product. I mean it’s safe and I’m happy that i got the German engineering masterpiece, but the cost is not justifiable. Interior isn’t good, rear seat comfort is not good. What is the point of having a sedan if it’s not comfortable. So if anyone looking wanted to get Virtus/ slavia, keep these things in mind. City and Verna would still be a better choice.
@@toxdrigaming1864 I’ve driven this car like 4000 km, I bought it as a daily driver. I like the front seats comfort and overall driving dynamics. But the story is completely different on rear seats. They are not as comfortable as front plus stiffer suspension and less reclining angle makes them more like bus seats.

@@Shubham69405 Yeah, agree with ur point.. We have XUV 700, and trust me, ADAS is barely usable in the city and it's very much intruding.. We occasionally use those features on the Highway.. It's not necessary, yet it's good to have 👍
Bit slower than Virtus since the power and torque is also an advantage with the Verna. But in terms of high speed stability, safety the Verna is not near to Virtus
