it's the standard read blocking. in non competition matches usually you will get the right read pretty easy.

i been playing for 3 years and aint much tall,im like 174 cm but can grab on a basketball rim pretty easy(tho i cant dunk yet) and that feeling of slowmotion is pretty rare even in intense rallies on both offense and defense

Великолепно... Вот, что означает командная работа) Слаженные действия игроков, отсутствие напряжения в воздухе, атомсфера истинного духа веселья и просто затягивающая игра профессионалов своего дела. Ни разу не перемотала, смотрела на одном дыхании. Завораживает такая игра: простая, но в то же время, лучше некоторых межгородских соревнований в данном виде спорта😊👍 Уважение и большой поклон таким людям, которые пытаются придать Волейболу не только дух соревнования и спорта, но и простой дружеской игры или веселого спаринга между двумя командами)) С нетерпением жду следующего ролика. thank you so much for this video. i used to play volleyball in high school a few years ago and even got a scholarship to a private university in my country. Unfortunately i got in a car accident just before graduating and lost my left leg and wasn’t able to play any more. this video brought me back to those times and helped me feel that rush again
