@@mountain3705 Wait really? On our Intramurals the referee would give the points to the other team when it hits the ceiling or the huge lamp on the ceiling. Now, that you mentioned it that's not really fair so in conclusion, "The roof is in our way lmao"
for a second there i thought you meant the guy far in the background and was like ?? then i saw that the guy (the spiker? idk the terms sorry) was wearing a blue shirt
Ahhh I wish I had a place near me that had some sort of indoor volleyball or other people that would do it with me because I so badly want to learn but dont have people or a place to start
yes exactly. because if i try out for teams im guna get cut cos im not very good and the only time i get to practice with other ppl is volleyball in my gym class
Honestly haikyuu made me want to play volleyball but if I would of never watched haikyuu and watched this than this would of made me want to play volleyball.
Cee_Gee The only issue for me is that it’s not a very popular sport where i live, almost everyone would rather play rugby or football so i’ve never even had a chance to play.
Makes me understand Kageyama's POV more, when no one spiked for his set. Imagine setting for someone then no one spiked. Edit: damn. My first time receiving this much of likes. Thanks guys!
Miscommunication in a game like Volleyball is one of the most fatal flaws a team can have. Sadly, my middle-school team was like that and everyone always either hogged the ball or had their legs glued to the ground and let it fall. There was always arguments on who was supposed to save it and who wasn’t. It was one of the reasons why I didn’t continue since those same kids are now in the highschool team and I feel like Asahi: just too ashamed and scared to go back.
I really like their communication skills, it's a very important aspect of the game along with being versatile having the ball so this was so satisfying 😩
I love watching friends/teams play good volleyball. I'm a volleyball player myself, and watching teams have perfect plays, awesome blocks, great hit and amazing serves is so satisfying. I love volleyball so much, man.
As a starter setter I just have to say how much respect I didn’t have for you and I thought it was so easy to do what you do but you make it look super easy, I think you skill level is high and I appreciate the good videos, you are a really good setter
Bro to be honest this is the reason why I love volleyball. But the thing that makes me more happier after understanding volleyball and practicing, I’m now going to be signed up for volleyball. So I’m trying to practice as much as I can before the season comes up.
That's an awesome angle to see how the setting handles the balls. First time seeing such a view! As a setter myself, it's good learning material. Thanks for making the video!
kageyama's setter position is so much more understandable now. the setter is the attack axis of the team. it's quite satisfying to see each ball you toss spiked perfectly, whether or not it's received
This makes me want to play volleyball even more 🥺🥺 it looks so fun The sad thing is I doubt summer sports will happen this year at school ... and I know rec sports aren’t happening either... and none of my friends/family play volleyball 😔😣
Also a really really key thing... relax. You're not gonna get the "perfect" set if you think about it too much. Just trust your instincts and I think you'll be better than you think you are :P
2:15 There it is. The freak toss-and-spike. Edit: The only problem with these attacks is the timing between the two of them. The minimum would be that at the same time you sent the ball, he had already jumped. Of course, it depends on the distance between the two players, but this close, a quick pass like that would be a minus tempo.
When I was little I’ve always wanted to play volleyball but after watching Haikyuu and a bunch of volleyball videos it makes me want to play even more, I think it’s a good time for me to get into it
U should its a really good sport it makes u taller and stuff but its really hard and u have to train hard i know cuz i started volleyball 2 years ago because i saw haikyuu and i like ur deku profile pic
