Hello, can someone help me with this questions? I need the answers for my vollevoy class. But I have zero clue :/ Thank you if someone can help me! What is the advantage of the setter dumping? Why is his so effective? Explain why the setter can do this instead of setting another player. Can a setter do this from the back row?

They're mostly dumps.. this video is misleading, you should've shown his actual set ups. A great setter isn't attributed by his 1-2 plays, this one in particular doesn't justify how great this guy really is at setting..

Interesting how this video is titled "King of Setters" but like at least 70% of it is Marouf dumping and feinting. Can we see some actual setting action please

The word "setter" tells us all about what it means, setter is the one who can pass the easiest ball for the spikers to use their full power , of course not the one who is called "king of setters" but just famous about the attacks , he is actually not the King of setters, i think "a great setter" is more suitable (I'm sorry if my English was bad)
@@tungkiet9517 Agree! Like, Marouf is a REALLY GOOD setter. He's prolly one of the top setters in the world. The only issue with this video is that it showed little to no setting at all, they're mainly all dumps. Yes his *position* is a setter, but the clips shown here showed no actual setting?? So the viewers can't really see how Marouf is with his set ups, and his brilliance as a setter putting up a ball for a spiker.
@@tungkiet9517 That sounds like a great definition, but you know für definition of a great Volleyballplayer? It is a player who makes points and that is the job of every player, to find the best option to win/make a point. So it makes a setter a king of setters to see all these oppurtunitys like Marouf does.
