32:35 (exemple as in the whole video it s full of faults) the referee is really not god and doesn't know the basics rules... The 2 faults problems : 12.5.1 and 12.5.2 (players and referees do not know those 2 rules at all !!) Normally poor players countries make such faults (and France players).

@@bluepawn i know What those references mean but Theo are Not blocking the other players view with that. Its not allowed to move your block while your team is serving.

@@miguelkrause715 it s the intention which counts as well. As proof : just after the serve crossing the net... The 2 hands are down. And if you are human you would understand that the 2 hands up are not needed at all for the serve and in 1990 those 2 rules didn't exist and the 2 hands were up for that purpose ONLY.
